I learned pastry with my mother

I love the cake my mum makes for breakfast. In quarantine I helped her to mix all the ingredients every time she did it. Helping is great fun!


When I saw it baked, I thought it was very difficult to do it, but you just need to add the ingredients and be aware of the oven.


Things to keep in mind:

  • to make it very flufly, I recommend putting the egg whites until they stiff

  • the ingredients are very important as they must be well integrated

  • the oven's temperature

I always watch how it grows and turns gold.

I recommend everyone to do it. It's very relaxing and above all, it is yummy!

And if you put chocolate on it....wow! It can be spectacular!
