Biography of Rosa Parks

Hi, I'm Vera and I want to tell you about Rosa Parks.

She was registered with the name of Rosa Louise Mc Cauley.

She was born in the 4th of February 1913 in Alabama (United States)

Rosa was lack and in her time, black people weren't treated well. In the building where she worked, bathrroms were only for whites. Rosa had to go to the front building just to go to the toilet.

She was fed up with these injustices like whites had a preference to sit on th bus. Rosa decided not to leave her place to a white man who wanted to sit down. This was an step to be followed. That's why she was put in jail. Thanks to her act, the rights of blacks changed.

Rosa Louise Parks died on the 24th October 2005 caused by mycrocardial infarction.
